At Lazarus Tactical, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be confident in every purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unused apparel within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be in its original condition.
- Item must not show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery.
- Proof of purchase or order number is required.
Exchanges
Need a different size?
Because our apparel is printed to order, we cannot guarantee free exchanges for incorrect sizes selected at checkout. Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order. If you need assistance, contact us—we’ll do our best to help find a fair solution.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
We’ll work quickly to replace the item or provide another appropriate solution at no additional cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
- Customized or personalized products
- Items showing signs of wear or use
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after it has been issued.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Because many of our products are made to order, cancellations can only be accepted before production begins.
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- The wrong item was received.
- The item arrived damaged or defective.
- The error was made by Lazarus Tactical.

To begin a return or exchange, please contact us through our Contact page or by email with:
- Order Number
- Full Name
- Reason for Return
- Photos (if applicable)
We’ll respond with return instructions as quickly as possible.
