Because many of our apparel items are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size ordered by the customer
- Buyer’s remorse
- Color preference
However, if your order arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Incorrect
please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [your email] with photos of the issue.
We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund when appropriate.
