Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.

During periods of high demand, product launches, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.


Shipping Times

Once your order has been processed and shipped, estimated delivery times are:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on your location and the products ordered.

From time to time, Lazarus Tactical may offer free shipping promotions or discounted shipping on qualifying orders.


Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

This can occur when products are fulfilled from different production facilities or warehouses.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking information for each shipment.


Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order.

Lazarus Tactical is not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided during checkout.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Lazarus Tactical cannot guarantee its security.

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen:

  • Verify your shipping address.
  • Check with neighbors or your local post office.
  • Contact the shipping carrier.
  • Reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.


Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the shipping packaging (if applicable)

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue through a replacement or other appropriate solution.


International Shipping

At this time, Lazarus Tactical primarily ships within the United States.

International shipping options may become available in the future.
